(US).- TransAct Technologies confirmed that they will exhibit at the 2012 Northwest Indian Gaming Conference and Expo which takes place July 17-18 at the Little Creek Casino Resort Conference Center located in Shelton, Washington.

Located in Booth 311, the TransAct team will demonstrate the advanced features of their revolutionary Epicentral Print System – the software system that prints targeted promotions right at the slot machine. In addition, the acclaimed Epic 950 slot machine printer, ServerPort and the Epic 880 thermal gaming receipt printer will also be displayed.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn firsthand how TransAct’s revolutionary Epicentral Print System can enhance their players’ experience through the use of personalized promotional coupons, bonus offers and marketing messages printed directly at the slot – marketing to their players while the player is playing.

The Epicentral Print System is an easy to use software system that enables casinos to develop targeted marketing campaigns with offers based on session play, player tracking data, or rated play designed to drive desired metrics such as higher percentage of carded play, longer time on device, player loyalty, and cross property spend.

The Epicentral Print System is up and running live in Washington State at the Nisqually Red Wind Casino. With the installation of the Epicentral Print System in early February on all 975 of its slot machines, Red Wind Casino has seen significant increases in new player enrollment, visits per player and overall player spend.

Since launching their Epicentral-powered Windfall promotional campaign in February, Red Wind has seen a roughly 30% increase in new player enrollment in their player loyalty club, as well as an increase in number of visits per player, with top-tier player visits in particular increasing by over 10%.

In addition, Red Wind has also seen an increase in overall player spend with a nearly 25% increase in the number of club registered players who are qualifying for their highest rated tiers and an over 10% increase in the number of guests who are earning club rewards through their increased play.

Red Wind has also seen their average daily theoretical win for their top tier players increase by nearly 5% since going live with Epicentral.

Epicentral connects to any existing slot machine regardless of the game’s manufacturer as long as the slot machine has an Epic 950 printer. Casinos that do not currently have Epic 950s in their slot machines can easily upgrade their current ticket printers to its Epic 950 and ServerPort device. Additionally, the Epicentral Print System easily connects to third-party casino systems such as Point-of-Sale, Hotel, Show Ticketing and Casino Management Systems for maximum flexibility in providing compelling offers for casino patrons and providing closed loop accountability of those offers.

TransAct will feature their award winning and advanced casino/gaming printers and technology solutions including:

Epic 950 Thermal Slot Machine Printer: This award-winning, highly reliable and robust ticket-in, ticket out printer offers numerous advanced features including a 400 ticket standard capacity, expandable to 600 tickets and the industry’s best low-ticket sensor saving both time and money. Additionally, it offers a seamless upgrade path to Epicentral and promotional coupons;

ServerPort: ServerPort easily upgrades existing Epic 950 printers with an array of capabilities including the ability to connect to Epicentral and print promotional offers or coupons at the slot machine;

Epic 880 Thermal Gaming Receipt Printer: This feature-rich printer is the clear choice for game manufacturers who desire a fully configured thermal roll-fed printer which includes an auto retract feature and variable-length tickets. This printer solution is perfect for gaming applications such as Video Lottery Terminals and Kiosks.
