(UK /Scotland).- William Hill Sportsbook & Racebook has reached an agreement with the Scottish Premier League to continue their role as official betting partners. The firm, with over 300 shops in Scotland, signed a three year partnership deal which will allow the bookmaker to promote their brand, products and services across Scotland.

To celebrate the partnership William Hill has guaranteed to offer the best prices on the six favourites in the opening round of Clydesdale Bank Premier League matches and will be offering over 270 markets on games in this season’s Clydesdale Bank Premier League. However, the most popular market in the lead up to tomorrow’s big kick-off is: ‘Who will win the Clydesdale Bank Premier League title?’

Hills make Celtic and Rangers their 5/6 favourites to win the Clydesdale Bank Premier League crown, with Hearts next best at (50/1). Hills are also betting without the Old Firm and make Hearts their 5/4 favourite, while Dundee United are 10/3, Hearts 7/1, Motherwell 8/1, Hibernian 9/1, Inverness 16/1, Kilmarnock 20/1, St. Johnstone 25/1, St. Mirren and Dunfermline are both 40/1.

“We’re really excited about the start of the Clydesdale Bank Premier League season and to mark the big-kick off we will be offering top price on all of the league’s favourites this weekend”, said William Hill, Head of Media David Lynn. “Football is a huge part of our business in Scotland and we see this partnership as a great opportunity to interact with fans of the Clydesdale Bank Premier League.”

Neil Doncaster, Chief Executive of the SPL, said: “It is great to have William Hill on board again as official betting partner of the SPL and this partnership demonstrates the huge level of interest in Clydesdale Bank Premier League football in the UK. We look forward to working with William Hill throughout the season to promote great deals to our fans, starting with the opening Clydesdale Bank Premier League fixtures this weekend.”
