What are the most important products that you have presented to the Mexican market?
Essentially accounting, customer loyalty and cashless systems, in the new version that is fully developed for the Mexican market, considering all its needs. We also presented Cashier, a global managing system for casinos that, on top of the management to administrate vault, box and treasure, offers managing and loyalty systems for live tables.
What is your position in the Mexican market?
We have around 10 thousand machines operating in Mexico, throughout the country, and I think it's a significant number being a small foreign company.
What are the needs of Mexican operators? What else will they come and get to the show this year?
Unified systems and Class III machines. For several years Mexico used class II machines, where each supplier delivered the system for that machine; the Class III machines work under standard protocol with a unified system, that’s what I think is the most requested product.
How do you think it will influence the arrival of live table games, which is revolutionizing the Mexican market?
I think it will be very important for the market, I believe the market will have to generate all the security mechanisms that it implies. The live tables are generally used in casinos, where safety standards are very high and only trained people use them. In this case, I believe that these mechanisms have to be created by the market, for the proper performance.
How do you see the show this year?
Well, neat as always.
