What does this appointment mean for your career and your professional trajectory?
Personally, I feel very proud and pleased that Atronic has trusted me with this new stage. As already shown, Atronic has big plans for growth this year, and it’s a great challenge for me beeing the one to lead and implement the strategies of the company for Argentina and Uruguay. This represents professional growth for me. I feel completely confident and up to the objectives sought by the company this year.

Which are your responsibilities?
As Sales Manager, I oversee and direct the commercial area and also constantly monitor that the quality and service strategies of the company are developed according to standards that Atronic International has been proposed in my jurisdiction. This involves keeping contact with our customers and oversee the regional market conditions and development.
From my position, I must promote new business models and further enhance the confidence of our customers with Atronic. I have the necessary support to run successful business partnerships for the region, reporting directly to Jessica Luna, Director of Sales for Latin America.

In general level, which are the main characteristics of Argentina and Uruguay markets, respectively?
Argentina and Uruguay undoubtedly constitute a mature market in terms of regulations, products and operations management. Even in Argentina many new licenses are not expected, every year holds a significant growth rate coupled with the pleasant attitude of the local operators to keep their facilities up to date with the latest products and trends and opened to the renewal of gaming machines.
In contrast, Uruguay is having a faster activity with future openings, which will give us greater scope in the short term.
But first I must point out that both Argentina and Uruguay have a very particular internal dynamics and actions should focus on each customer individually, not to mention the high quality of decision-makers.

Which is the future growth potential both markets?
As mentioned, we have vast business opportunities in Uruguay and Argentina, both for our Oxygen cabinet as for E2. We also continue in the line of the multilevel progressives adding a progressive multiplayer, multilevel, “Cash Fever Hot & Wild”, and much remains to be developed on WAP progressive.

What are the latest installations that you have made in the two countries?
Latest Atronic product installations in Argentina include the ones in Trilenium Casino, Victoria Casino, Bingo King, and some other bingo halls. We have received the confidence of the operators and I can say that the release of Oxygen has exceeded all expectations and never ceases to amaze the results in all cases. We just made a tour with Atronic’s Product Management team and the feedback received in all cases was very positive. Also our flagship product installed on Trilenium, “Doggie Cash”, continues to add laurels. It has a high public acceptance and demonstrates great performance at the operator's eye sight.
In Uruguay we are about to complete the installation of our progressive products in Casinos del Estado, and also defining business operations with Hipica Rioplatense that will offer in its floor “Doggie Cash” and Diversity Oxygen multi-play. We are confident to be successful with our products in all this cases.

What are your main objectives and plans for the 2011?
In 2011 the main objective is to strengthen the traditional presence of Atronic, both in Argentina and Uruguay. For this, we have Oxygen, with the robustness of the platform Sensys, the undisputed qualities of the cabinet, multi-play version Diversity and attractiveness Cash Fever Hot & Wild. We are able to offer our clients a high and guaranteed product performance.
The continued success of the new progressive E2, “Doggie Cash” and “Magic 5” keep us in the preferences of the major operators of both jurisdictions. Furthermore, the introduction of our progressive WAP is undoubtedly an indisputable tool of success for this year. We have the experience of “King Kong Cash” WAP installed in Chile and Panama, and we are about to install two other important progressive interconnected in both countries, models now intended to bring to Argentina and Uruguay. For this, we have the confidence of the operators who were opened to explore this business.
