Hoyt comes to IGT from Hewlett-Packard, where as vice president of Human Resources she was responsible for leading all aspects of HR for HP's Software and Solutions division. Before her tenure at HP, she was director of Human Resources at Cisco Systems, and held senior HR Management roles at Sun Microsystems and Global Crossing.
Hoyt holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
