Chilean Casino Superintendence granted Enjoy a new extention for its projects in Castro
This way, the new deadline concludes next May 8th and its complementary developments will conclude on September 8th, 2012.
The project, which had been authorized by the Decisive Council of SCJ, in August 2008, was committed to Los Lagos Region with a total investment of u$S 38.7 million and the generation of 425 direct employments. The casino has 230 slots, 16 table games and 72 bingo positions.
The construction that complement the touristic offer of the zone, considers a five-star hotel with 64 rooms, a convention center, a show center, a restaurant, a cinema, a theater, an exhibition hall, a museum, a handicraft center, a sports center, a children interactive center and an urban park, among other attractions.
The approval of the extention of the deadline was granted after SCJ analyzed the arguments presented by Enjoy related with the fact that the operating society has had delays to obtain financing, due to credit restrictions that are actually applied to the projects of Chiloé zone.
