There will be lots of innovative new products and services to showcase, but they have decided to change the format to a more intimate and exclusive venue where the focus will be the customer.

Invited guests will be able to attend the exclusive “Access All Areas” event, where they will see the latest and most revolutionary offerings in spectacular surroundings. This will enable the TCS John Huxley team to really focus on spending quality time, one-on-one with key decision makers, away from the usual distractions found at exhibitions.

Roger Hawkins, CEO for the Americas comments: “Historically, gaming shows have proved to be an effective way to showcase new products and meet key decision makers. However, escalating costs and a significant downturn in attendance has led us to re-evaluate how this investment could be focused more effectively.”

He continues, “Meeting our customer’s needs has always been paramount and never more so than during these tough times of trading. By changing the format and hosting an event like this, we are able to expand our focus on producing solutions that offer flexibility and variety for players, but most importantly efficiency and profitability for operators. That’s why we still mean business, just not as usual!”
