Germany: Atronic and Casino Bad Reichenhall launch chip cash

Eighty-six machines are now equipped to accept the small, black, and powerful chip cash cards. With a single card, players can enjoy uninterrupted fast-paced play on any machine without using cash.

Atronic’s chip cash is clean, easy to handle, and offers high security features. To date, more than 28,000 machines in over 100 venues and 30 countries have been equipped with chip cash, and the numbers are steadily growing.

Chip cash has been developed around recognized industry standards and drives real results for businesses of any size and scale. It offers a wide range of configuration possibilities, such as auto-load, auto-reload and a PIN option.

Casino Bad Reichenhall is the first Bavarian Casino to enable its machines to accept chip cash. At present it is planned that the Bavarian casino will offer players the convenience and cleanliness of the cashless experience for all 1,150 slot machines in all casinos throughout the state.
