More than 120 enterprises and over 20 individuals participated in the award election during a 4-month voting period in which more than 40,000 CRM call center professionals participated in the voting process.
For the final round, CCWChina organized an expertise team of ten to further conduct integrated evaluation and analysis for one more month. At the end, PacificNet Epro Telecom Guangzhou CRM call center was selected as the final winner in the category of ’The Best Outsourcing Contact Center 2007’.
