The far ranging review, which has been named Precise, is being undertaken by David Wall, Aristocrat Europe's recently appointed Business Process Re-engineering Manager.
Expanding on the Precise project, David Wall said: “Delivering quality customer service is a continuous programme in which the best people and the most efficient processes are interdependent.”
