Chile: Fischer and Enjoy associate to operate casinos
(Chile).- Fischer Group announced the incorporation of Enjoy, the main casino operator in Chile, to the society that will operate casinos in Temuco, Punta Arenas and Valdivia.

The Superintendence of Securities and Insurances points that Enjoy would participate with the 10% of the shares, however, the operation would depend on the authorization of the Casino Superintendence.
The aim of this alliance, according to the document, is: “to assure an excellent management supported by the best possible operation in games of chance for the benefit of our clients and the whole community of which we form part”.
Enjoy and Fischer group already have a society that administrates Puerto Varas casino.
Enjoy, which is connected to Martinez family, currently administrates Viña del Mar casino, Pucón and Puerto Varas and is also building another venue in Antofagasta.
