Launch of NirmataPlay

Nyce International plc (AQUIS: NYCE) is pleased to confirm that, following the Company’s quarterly results announced on 29 April 2025, the Company’s Remote Gaming Server (“RGS”) and game aggregation platform, named NirmataPlay, is now live.

NirmataPlay allows operators access to unique content and innovation whilst providing studios with global reach, without backend complexity. NirmataPlay has three complementary components: Stargate, Initiator and Architect.

• Stargate is an aggregator of innovative and exciting game content, providing operators with the latest and greatest games in one simple integration.
• Initiator is a Remote Gaming Server (RGS) enabling games studios to scale quickly through distributing their content globally with premium operators.
• Architect enables operators and creators the ability to design and launch their own games using AI-powered technology.
