Caesars Sportsbook will become the exclusive sports betting and odds provider of the Louisiana publication, as the state prepares to launch legalized sports betting. The partnership will integrate live lines and odds into content coming from Caesars Sportsbook, a weekly prop bet unique to Bet.NOLA.com readers; special promotions and odds boosts; interviews with expert guests from Caesars; and live events from Harrah’s New Orleans.

Caesars Entertainment announced Sunday a partnership with NOLA.com, The Advocate and Times-Picayune, by which Caesars Sportsbook becomes an exclusive sports betting and odds provider of the Louisiana publication.

The deal comes as the state of Louisiana prepares to launch legalized sports betting. Caesars Sportsbook is set to have a major presence in the nascent market, including retail sportsbook locations and mobile betting in parishes where permitted “coming soon.”

“Through collaborative content, we will bring sports fans closer to the games they love by delivering fun, engaging, and timely updates to keep readers apprised on what’s happening in the sports world,” said Chris Holdren, co-president of Caesars Digital.

Caesars expects that the partnership with NOLA.com will allow the company to deepen its connection with the state prior to sports betting launching. Fans in the state will gain access to “the most relevant data, odds, trends, analysis, and exclusive offers” as a result of the agreement, according to a press release statement.

The partnership will integrate live lines and odds into content coming from Caesars Sportsbook, a weekly prop bet unique to Bet.NOLA.com readers; special promotions and odds boosts; interviews with expert guests from Caesars; and live events from Harrah’s New Orleans.

“We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Caesars as our exclusive sports betting and odds provider,” said Judi Terzotis, president and publisher of NOLA.com. “With their presence in Louisiana already, they were the natural choice to be our premier partner.”

Bet.NOLA.com, NOLA’s sports betting website, currently has four members leading its team, including sports betting and gaming director Zach Ewing, who counts with 15 years of experience in sports journalism.

Dan Real, regional president of Caesars Entertainment, expects the collaboration with the staff at The Advocate, Times-Picayune and Nola.com to further prove the company’s “commitment to serving the community.”

The company currently operates several businesses in the state, including Harrah’s New Orleans and The Belle of Baton Rouge, as well as properties in Bossier City and Lake Charles. It also recently took over the naming rights to the Caesars Superdome and announced a partnership with LSU athletics.

Through this partnership, Caesars Sportsbook will receive marketing and sponsorship assets from LSU Athletics. Broadcast and digital sponsorship rights and visibility throughout all of LSU's 21 men's and women's sports programs are also included in the agreement. Additionally, Caesars Sportsbook customers will be able to attend LSU athletic events and access VIP hospitality at Tiger Stadium.
