According to Boyd Gaming, the man, identified only as Richard from Las Vegas, hit a $150,403 Super Grand progressive jackpot at 4:30 p.m. at the Orleans.
Richard rang in the New Year at The Orleans Hotel and Casino in an unforgettable way when he turned his visit into a $150,000 payday by hitting the jackpot on Aristocrat Gaming™ Dollar Storm™ slot game on New Year’s Eve.
The long-time customer and local resident, who has been visiting The Orleans since 2007, made a $10 bet on a Dollar Storm™ slot machine when he hit the $150,403 Super Grand progressive jackpot at 4:30 p.m.
Richard said he feels at home at The Orleans and enjoys the property’s warm atmosphere, friendly staff and winning slot machines. He said he plans on using his jackpot winnings to take a trip to Hawaii.
