Ainsworth Game Technology announced today that Michael Bordeaux has been named Director of
Customer Support.
Bordeaux has spent nearly 20 years in technology and service leadership roles at several successful gaming companies, including Scientific Games, Shuffle Master, BMM Testlabs and Aristocrat. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Technology Services at Aries.
Bordeaux will be based in Ainsworth's North American headquarters in Las Vegas. He will be responsible for service and support across for Class III, Class II, Historical Horse Racing and Electronic Scratch Ticket System products.
