(UK).- Bally Technologies (Gibraltar) Limited has applied to the Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC) regulator for a Foreign Gambling Associate Certificate.

(UK).- Bally Technologies (Gibraltar) Limited has applied to the Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC) regulator for a Foreign Gambling Associate Certificate.

A subsidiary of Las Vegas-based online and land-based casino games and solutions supplier Bally Technologies Incorporated, Bally Technologies (Gibraltar) Limited applied for its certificate on May 11 with interested parties subsequently being given 14 days in order to voice any objections.

A Foreign Gambling Associate is 'an entity (other than a Category 2 eGambling licensee) to whom a Category 1 eGambling licensee transfers customers, or allows them to be transferred, for the purpose of that entity effecting gambling transactions with the customer or arranging for those customers to gamble with others.'
