The new channel will be focused on the Las Vegas real estate industry

Players Network announces Living Vegas Channel

(US).- Players Network, the Digital Media Network dedicated to Las Vegas the gaming lifestyle, released new details about Living Vegas, their fourth channel, set to launch on their existing distribution of 142 million homes worldwide on cable television and broadband platforms.

he new channel, focused on the Las Vegas real estate industry, will provide a platform for Las Vegas builders, brokers, and developments to market their offerings to millions of potential buyers on a global scale. "We see Living Vegas as a means to promote Las Vegas' abundance of luxury properties," states Mark Bradley, CEO, Players Network, citing the multi-billion dollar local market.

To achieve maximum industry impact, Players Network partnered with Meridias Realty Group, an established Las Vegas real estate brokerage and residential development firm whose founder, Michael Hutchings, has successfully marketed residential real estate products and services through various cutting-edge multi-media platforms. Hutchings will be the acting president of Living Vegas, which is set to launch late in the third quarter of 2009. The partners expect large returns as their channel will generate sales for their brokerage firm on a global scale.

"More than most cities, Las Vegas saw their real estate prices fall drastically during the recent economic downturn," states Hutchings, "this is creating an opportunity, as most market offerings are dramatically reduced and positioned for sale."

Living Vegas will offer branded entertainment, sponsorship and advertising opportunities with original televised content including: market highlights and information, personal profiles of industry leaders, and lifestyle programming featuring luxury properties.
