Flows has been fully authorised by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, marking a major regulatory milestone for the business as it continues to expand across the US market.

The authorisation means operators active in Pennsylvania can now use Flows' full suite of products, including Jackpots, FlashWins, Scratchcards, "without the usual vendor approval friction."

Together with its existing licences in New Jersey and Michigan, Flows, which bills itself as "the orchestration layer for iGaming," is now authorised across three gaming states in the US.

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board process is widely recognised as one of the most thorough in US gaming. Flows is now one of only around 80 online gaming technology suppliers in the world with a full Pennsylvania supplier licence, placing the company among a limited number of B2B platforms authorised in the state.

James King, CEO of Flows, said: “Securing full authorisation in Pennsylvania is a major milestone for Flows and a strong validation of the platform we have built for regulated iGaming. Very few true B2B technology platforms hold this authorisation, let alone are authorised across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Michigan. For operators active in these markets, this removes another layer of approval friction and gives them a clearer path to using Flows with confidence.

“Regulated iGaming needs more than general-purpose automation. It needs orchestration technology that can connect systems, coordinate data, and support real-time execution within strict compliance environments. That is exactly why we have invested in regulatory readiness from day one.”

The company said the approval reinforces its role as a trusted orchestration layer for regulated iGaming, enabling operators to connect critical systems, coordinate data, and move ideas into live execution faster, while maintaining the control required in strict compliance environments.

"For iGaming operations active in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Michigan and thinking about automation, orchestration, or smarter execution in 2026, Flows is ready to support faster, more connected, and more compliant ways of working," the company added.
