The AffPapa Conference Madrid will feature speed-dating networking sessions as one of its signature highlights when the event takes place on May 18-20 at the Novotel Madrid Center.
Originally introduced by AffPapa during its conference in Malaga, the format is designed to make networking faster, more structured, and easier for attendees.
The speed-dating sessions aim to help participants meet as many potential partners as possible within a short time. Each session follows a one-minute rotation format, with a host announcing when attendees should switch seats and meet someone new.
According to the organisers, the sessions will run three times per day across two conference days. A full round lasts between 30 and 60 minutes, with the goal of enabling participants to make more than 20 connections in about 30 minutes.
Attendees who identify a strong potential partner during the session are free to leave the tables and continue discussions elsewhere at the conference venue.
Organisers have encouraged participants to prepare a short introduction about themselves and their company, keep a business card or Telegram contact ready to share, and follow up with a quick message after the meeting to maintain contact.
The AffPapa Conference Madrid 2026 is expected to host more than 1,500 attendees, including 40% affiliates, 40% operators, and 20% B2B providers, making it the largest affiliate-led AffPapa Conference to date.
Beyond the speed-dating sessions, the two-day agenda will include panel discussions on trends in affiliate marketing and iGaming, networking drinks after each conference day, and the AffPapa iGaming Awards 2026 ceremony.
Exhibitors will be able to choose between a standard booth provided by the organisers or a new customizable booth option designed to match their brand messaging.
Organisers have also published a video on YouTube showcasing how the speed-dating format works at AffPapa Conferences.
