FanDuel has introduced Pass The Leg, a multi-user parlay feature that the company says is the first of its kind among US sportsbook operators, offering customers a collaborative way to build parlays for the Thanksgiving NFL games.

The feature allows any participant to start or join a Group Build within the app, invite others to add a single leg, and then place an individual wager using personal funds once the parlay is finalized. A Pass The Leg Profit Boost is also available for each contributor, tied specifically to the group-built selection.

FanDuel positioned the feature for use during the three NFL games scheduled for Thanksgiving Day. According to the company, customers frequently coordinate picks through group chats or family gatherings, which informed the development of an in-app tool centered on collective participation."Pass The Leg is all about how our customers actually experience sports - together, sharing excitement, and creating memories around the games they love," said Karol Corcoran, Managing Director, Sportsbook at FanDuel. "We listened to how fans were already collaborating in group chats and family gatherings, and built a feature that brings that natural social energy directly into their betting experience."

Pass The Leg supports a minimum of three legs and allows up to twenty-five legs in a single parlay. Each user contributes only one leg, and no pooled wagering occurs; every participant places a separate bet using the shared parlay structure.

FanDuel said the tool is designed to provide a communal option within the app while allowing bettors to participate at their preferred level of involvement.
