BetConstruct wins ‘Innovative Sportsbook Solution of the Year’ at SiGMA Central Europe 2025

BetConstruct has won the Innovative Sportsbook Solution of the Year award at the SiGMA Central Europe Awards 2025. 

The recognition comes on the back of Loya: The Ultimate Loyalty Solution for Retail Betting, integrated into BetConstruct’s Land-Based Solution. The solution is billed as "the industry’s first platform designed to build a rewards program without requiring complex player registration."

The platform allows retail operators to engage players without requiring complex registration. It delivers Anonymous Loyalty, letting players earn and redeem points while preserving the traditional walk-in shop experience.

The Loya mobile app also allows players to track points, monitor their status, and work towards rewards earned through betting activity or operator-led campaigns. The integrated Loya Shop allows points to be redeemed for merchandise or betting-related benefits, encouraging ongoing participation and engagement.

On the operational side, Loya’s centralised back-office functions as a command centre for operators.
