At this year’s Global Gaming Expo (G2E) in Las Vegas, DR Gaming Technology (DRGT) unveiled what it calls its most complete and connected casino management ecosystem yet, bringing together mobile, media, loyalty, analytics, and jackpot technology into a single, modular system.
Exhibiting from Booth 4405 at The Venetian Expo, the Belgium-based company demonstrated how operators can manage entire casino floors through one platform designed to enhance both operational efficiency and player engagement.

“Our goal at G2E was simple: to show how operators can run their entire casino floor from one consolidated, scalable system,” said Executive Chairman Jurgen De Munck. “We’ve always placed the player first, but that starts with empowering the operator to manage infrastructure and communication intelligently and flexibly.”
The company’s presentation focused on what it describes as a fully integrated, mobile-first suite of tools that provides real-time insight and seamless connectivity between staff, players, and systems. The drServiceHub showcased its ability to streamline technical operations with a dashboard view of live events and remote troubleshooting, while the drManagementApp allows floor managers to monitor occupancy, receive alerts, and switch between venues using a smartphone.
Integration with third-party point-of-sale systems was another highlight, enabling players to use loyalty points or digital wallets for on-site purchases. Meanwhile, the drKiosk self-service terminal drew attention for allowing players to redeem rewards, manage accounts, and buy food or drinks without staff assistance.
Completing the digital ecosystem, the drPlayerApp provides players with registration, cashless wallet management, real-time jackpot tracking, and loyalty tier information via their mobile devices.
“The feedback on our mobile-first tools was overwhelmingly positive,” said CEO Marco Herrera. “We’ve built these apps not as bolt-ons, but as native parts of the DRGT™ ecosystem; it all flows through the same platform; there’s no fragmentation.”

Operators also explored the drFloorManager, a web-based tool providing a live visualization of the gaming floor with heatmaps, machine data, and player activity. Content management was a major talking point, with the drMediaManager giving casinos control over media delivery across screens and devices, including video, live TV, and jackpot announcements.
The 8.8-inch drScreenUltra interface was featured as the key player touchpoint, combining cash-in and cash-out functions with loyalty data and targeted promotions.
The company also emphasized its analytical and promotional tools, including drRewards, which allows operators to manage raffles, jackpots, and bonuses from a single dashboard, and drAnalytics, which generates customized reports on player behavior, machine performance, and other real-time data.
“All of our tools work together in real time; that’s our differentiator,” Herrera said. “This system is already live in multiple jurisdictions. At G2E, we weren’t pitching concepts, we were demonstrating results.”
A central focus at DRGT’s booth was its system-driven jackpot technology, which eliminates traditional controllers and hardware limitations. Using its proprietary drSMIB mesh network, jackpots can be configured directly through the casino management system, giving operators flexibility to design setups based on coin-in volume, time of day, or loyalty tier.

“Operators can configure a jackpot based on coin-in volume, time of day, loyalty tier, time of day... You name it, and then apply it instantly across their floor,” said Mexico Managing Director Alfredo Moreno. “And because it’s built into the system, it works seamlessly across all touchpoints.”
A case study presented at the show detailed DRGT’s partnership with APEX Gaming in launching Mexico’s first symbol-driven national wide-area progressive jackpot. The system links 17 casinos and 128 Clover Link Elements machines, offering synchronized jackpots and dynamic content managed through drMediaManager.
“That project was a landmark for us,” said De Munck. “It combined jackpot logic, player engagement, and media delivery across multiple venues, all using our existing infrastructure. It’s a live example of how flexible and scalable our system really is.”
According to Moreno, the same technology is already embedded in daily casino operations. “In Mexico, we’re using tools like drFloorManager and drAnalytics every day,” he said. “We adjust layouts, trigger jackpots, and track gameplay and player behaviour in real time. The insights are immediate — and the operational impact is tangible.”
“Operators are tired of stitching together disconnected systems,” Herrera said. “They need flexibility, insight, and speed; we offer that single solution, one login, and one vision. G2E gave us the perfect stage to show that in action.”
“This wasn’t about what we’re planning to do; it was about what we’re already doing,” added De Munck.
