Caesars Entertainment has released its 2024 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) report, PEOPLE PLANET PLAY, outlining its progress in environmental sustainability, community support, and responsible gaming.

“2024 was an incredible year for us at Caesars Entertainment,” said Kiersten Flint, SVP of Corporate Social Responsibility and Internal Communications at Caesars Entertainment. “In addition to rounding out a multi-year capital cycle where we completed and opened three new destinations, we made robust enhancements to programs that benefit our team members to help them reach their full potential with us at Caesars.”

She added they also focused on giving back to communities and celebrated the 35th anniversary of the company’s Responsible Gaming program. “We’re proud of the work we did in 2024 and are carrying that momentum forward in 2025,” Flint said.

In 2024, Caesars invested $72 million in community support, including more than 93,000 hours of employee volunteer work. The Caesars Foundation donated $3.4 million to nonprofit and disaster relief efforts. The company also launched the Extraordinary HERO Award Program to recognize employees who go above and beyond in community service.

On the environmental front, Caesars reduced Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 20% from a 2019 baseline and Scope 3 emissions by 16% from a 2022 baseline. The company joined the U.S. Department of Energy’s Better Climate Challenge and Better Buildings Challenge to support its sustainability goals and improve energy efficiency.

Moreover, Caesars celebrated the 35th anniversary of its Responsible Gaming program, first launched with Project 21 in 1989. It also completed a multi-year capital investment cycle, opening Harrah’s Columbus, NE Racing and Casino in Nebraska, Caesars Virginia in Danville, and rebranding Harrah’s New Orleans as Caesars New Orleans. The company expanded Harrah’s Hoosier Park and introduced the Versailles Tower at Paris Las Vegas.

Caesars was named one of The Civic 50’s most community-minded companies in America by the Points of Light Foundation. The full CSR report, aligned with GRI Standards and including SASB and TCFD indices, is available at caesars.com/corporate-social-responsibility/csr-reports.
