Blueprint Gaming expands Goonies series with launch of The Goonies Megaways Quest for Richers

UK-based game studio Blueprint Gaming has announced the launch of The Goonies Megaways Quest for Riches, expanding the long-running Goonies series with a revamped cash collect system and an immersive treasure trail feature.

The game sees the return of the iconic gang of treasure-hunting misfits, this time in a slot featuring boosted collect modifiers, including One-Eyed Willy's Treasure Chests. The game follows the release of Dumb and Dumber Route to Riches, expanding Blueprint Gaming's portfolio of games based on recognized branded IPs.

This new instalment of the Goonies series features the multi-stage Cash Collect system, driven through the Treasure Map sitting above the reels, where players benefit from a host of modifiers for every cash collect symbol landed. Streak Collect, Expand Collect, Respin Collect, Match Collect, and the Skeleton Key are unlocked before the coveted Treasure Chests.

Posing as the headline feature, One-Eyed Willy Treasure Chests see special Bonus Scatters land, which match the corresponding colour of the three chests. On any subsequent spin, any of the three filled chests can then trigger the Enhanced Treasure Spins.

Once the title's main Treasure Spins bonus game is triggered via three standard scatters after the trail is complete, each chest then guarantees varying modifiers. This includes Max Megaways to guarantee 15,625 ways to win, the removal of all standard paying symbols, and upgrades to Cash Collect multipliers soaring to 20x.

Prior to unlocking the Enhanced Treasure Spins, players who trigger the title's standard bonus with an increased four to six scatters benefit from a twist where, in addition to the 10 awarded spins, an instant cash prize of 20x, 100x, or 100x is awarded.

Base play is also enhanced by Blueprint Gaming's Jackpot King system, where cash prizes or Progressive Jackpots can be won on any spin.
