iGaming solutions provider SOFTSWISS marked World Environment Day on Wednesday by reaffirming its commitment to environmental sustainability through a series of green initiatives.

Employees from SOFTSWISS’ key offices in Poland and Georgia participated in local greening projects to enhance their cities' natural beauty and ecological health. Team members enthusiastically planted various plants, contributing to the cities' urban green spaces.

In Tbilisi, SOFTSWISS volunteers gathered at Seaside Park to plant three-metre-high thujas, adding to the park's lush landscape. In Warsaw's Morskie Oko Park, employees planted ferns and root geraniums. Across both cities, more than 800 plants were planted.

These activities were conducted in collaboration with local authorities, ensuring the efforts aligned with broader municipal greening initiatives. "This partnership underscores SOFTSWISS' dedication to corporate responsibility, fostering strong community relationships and environmental stewardship," the company said.

“By participating in World Environment Day, we aim to draw attention to the critical importance of our planet’s health and inspire collective action among our employees and the wider community,” said Andrey Starovoitov, Co-CEO at SOFTSWISS. “Such initiatives are essential in promoting sustainability and fostering a culture of environmental consciousness within the iGaming community.”

In addition to its environmental efforts, SOFTSWISS recently launched a campaign to support Brazilian flood victims, allocating funds for immediate aid and supporting a long-term project to install water purification equipment at schools in the hardest-hit regions of Brazil.

SOFTSWISS operates five offices in Malta, Georgia, and Poland. In recent years, its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) activities have expanded to include global initiatives focusing on ecology and health. The company said it also actively participates in charitable, social, and cultural projects, engaging its employees in these efforts.
