A new year has begun, and expectations are high for gaming companies around the globe. Ahead of ICE London, set to take place on February 7-9 at ExCel London, CT Interactive's Milena Tsankarska, Head of Business Development EMEA; and Martin Ivanov, Director of Business Development Americas, spoke with Yogonet about the company's expectations for the event, as well as for the year ahead.

What will be the main novelties and products that CT Interactive will present and focus on at ICE London this year? Will you be presenting any new products, game concepts, or mechanics?

Martin Ivanov: This year the stand of CT Interactive will be fascinating in terms of novelties. Our team has prepared a mix of cascading and cluster games that strike with a sharp design, sound effects, and intriguing mathematical models. We have developed a set of highly dynamic games as we follow how players' preferences and interests have changed over the years. One of which is Treasure Chase. The game's cascading reels offer more entertainment and excitement.

Different operators say that thanks to games like this, they have attracted more customers than before. This is what people can see on our stand – products aligned with current trends but different from those our competitors are presenting. This is our way to serve the operators' needs to enlarge their users' reach by adding new concepts to their portfolios and reaching different kinds of players.

Milena Tsankarska: At ICE 2023 people can witness our upgraded portfolio of over 200+ names, which are available on the platforms via mobile, desktop, or tablet. Since our last participation in the trade show, the company has made some significant improvements to its products and has won prestigious awards, one of which is "Online game of the year" at last BEGE for the cascading game Win Storm. CT Interactive has incorporated new sound effects and music into its games so that the UX of the client is more pleasant.

What are the company’s key goals and expectations for the event, and main target markets? How will you capitalize on the presence of the different stakeholders attending such an important event?

Milena Tsankarska: ICE London is one of the largest gaming events in the world. People from all over the globe come to witness the novelties of the sector and this gives the operators great opportunities. Every time we participate in ICE we leave with a lot of new deals, leads, and partners. We do not expect anything less this year, our plan is to find new clients and expand our global presence, more specifically in Africa, Europe, and Asia.

Martin Ivanov: Our company offers a lot of products that stand out in the crowd. With such a portfolio it is easy to attract new clients from all over the world. One of our priorities is to keep expanding in the region of Latin America. The market there is large, and it is in constant search of new content and different products. This is why we will continue to put our efforts there. We have a fully booked agenda for the ICE already.

Most recently we have seen CT Interactive expand its footprint in Europe, with new partnerships in Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Malta. What do these kinds of partnerships represent for CT Interactive? What has been the feedback you’ve received from customers so far following these launches?

Milena Tsankarska: Those partnerships represent the trust we were able to build in our partners. After every deal, we receive very positive feedback from our clients. Almost all of our customers are extremely happy with the way our content has helped them build new clientele.

Other customers are pleased with the fact that our products have made their platforms more diverse and interesting. We are extremely proud that most of the operators we work with are frequently asking us questions about when we will present our new games and they chose to work with us again. Because of our hard work, our clientele keeps growing each month.

What should we expect from CT Interactive in 2023? Are there any new plans or announcements you could share with us?

Martin Ivanov: This year we will present a lot of new products with exciting and intriguing concepts. We are developing new games with modern, innovative, and popular themes and excellent math models. Besides the games, we will release a new product that will help online operators to improve the gaming experience they provide.

Milena Tsankarska: Our efforts are always focused on expanding our presence in the regulated market around the world. For this year we are expecting our content to be certified for more countries and to provide new clients with it. On the pipeline is also extending our content offering at our core markets.
