Organizers moved its previously announced dates of 17-19 August 2021 to 9-11 November 2021. It will be a smaller and more personal experience for attendees to focus on networking and exploring new products in core gaming and integrated resorts. G2E Asia Online Expo & Conference will be held on May 25, 2021.

The Asian gaming and entertainment industry marketplace global, Gaming Expo (G2E) Asia, will return to the Venetian Macao from November 9-11, 2021.

The November convening will allow exhibitors and attendees more time to plan for their participation in light of continued COVID-19-related commercial and travel restrictions. G2E Asia 2021 will be a smaller and more personal experience for attendees to focus on networking and exploring new products in core gaming and integrated resorts.

Josephine Lee, chief operating officer, Reed Exhibitions China, stated in a press release: “Through ongoing consultation with our exhibitors and the Macau government, Reed Exhibitions and the American Gaming Association determined that a November event provides the best opportunity to create a valuable marketplace, educational content, and networking opportunities for the global gaming industry. We look forward to bringing the gaming community together at G2E Asia, as the industry continues to recover from the devastating impacts of COVID-19.”

G2E Asia Online Expo & Conference will be held on May 25, 2021. This virtual event will serve as an opportunity as the industry gets ready for a return to Macau with the in-person event in November 2021.

Owing to the Covid-19 pandemic, G2E Asia was twice postponed in 2020. First, the original May date was pushed back to July 2020, and then it was delayed once more to December 2020. But December’s show was then delayed, with a provisional date of May 2021, then moved to August. Finally, the event will take place in November 2021.
