Flutter makes changes to its board of directors

Flutter Entertainment has confirmed that Divyesh Gadhia and Peter Rigby have stepped down as non-executive directors.
Further to the announcement on 25 February 2021, Flutter confirms that Divyesh Gadhia and Peter Rigby have stepped down as Non-Executive Directors of Flutter with effect from the conclusion of the Company's annual general meeting held on Thursday.
In addition, Nancy Dubuc has been appointed as a non-executive director with effect from the conclusion of the AGM. As previously announced, the appointment of Holly Koeppel as a non-executive director will take effect from May 13.
With effect from this week, Andrew Higginson has been appointed as chair of Flutter's remuneration committee and Gary McGann has been appointed as chair of the nomination committee.
