Evolution announces changes in Board of Directors
Evolution announced last week changes in its Board of Directors after Cecilia Lager decided, at her own request, to leave the board of Evolution Gaming as of December 31st.
She has been a member of the board since January 2017, company officials said.
"On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to thank Cecilia for her engagement and contributions during her time as board member of Evolution," said Jens von Bahr, Chairman of the Board.
Company officials also announced a change in the number of shares and votes in Evolution Gaming Group AB.
In accordance with the decision at the board meeting on 1 December 2020, Evolution Gaming Group AB (publ) has issued a total of 933,504 new shares.
As of 30 December 2020, following the new issue of shares, the number of shares and votes in Evolution Gaming Group AB (publ) amounts to 212,327,008.
