BlackJack11's tables jackpot game, their integrated player loyalty customer engagement tools and products like "drScreen" y "drGate" will serve as the company’s main attractions for operators visiting the trade show. Besides, CEO Jurgen De Munck will be joining the international panel: 'Implementing Cashless and Cardless Systems'.

With a global reach across over 50 different countries, and on in excess of 60,000 gaming devices, DR Gaming Technology (DRGT) sees G2E Las Vegas as an opportunity to assert its design mantra ‘Put the Player First!,’ and showcase its technology solutions to particularly its Latin American, Caribbean and Mexican customer base.

Since opening its office in Lima 7 years ago, it’s penetration in the region now extends to Colombia, Paraguay, The Dominican Republic and Uruguay, amongst others. During this time, they have managed to roll-out their systems and jackpot technology to in excess of 15,000 (fifteen thousand) devices. This number excludes their Mexico-based business, that opened just under 2 years ago; that too is making significant local inroads.

DR Gaming Technology will again be exhibiting from booth 4405 at G2E 2019. CEO Jurgen De Munck, MD for Mexico Alfredo Moreno, and MD for LatAm and the Caribbean Alex Stiglich, look ahead to this year’s edition of the show.

“Our company was established well over a decade ago in Belgium, with us opening our Lima office in 2012, followed by offices in Mexico, Paraguay and Uruguay over the last 18 – 24 months. I mention our Mexican and LatAm offices in particular, as they are the very reason we are at G2E,” De Munck explained.

As regards the products which drive DRGT’s growth, the CEO said: “We are a systems company, it remains the core off of what the bulk of our development and product scope is built around. We are continually researching new technologies and adding features and products to our system in order to better enable casino operators to measure, manage and reward their players better. Whilst ease-of-use and functionality (and flexibility) are integral to our systems success, so is robustness.”

De Munck pointed out that, aside from its management system, BlackJack11's tables jackpot game continues to generate significant player interest, and as a result operator revenues, which in turn has driven demand. He also said that their integrated player loyalty customer engagement tools like drScreen player interface units and their media manager software are becoming more and more sought after.

“Our Tables Management System now seamlessly integrates Tables game play data into our accounting, cage and reporting modules, as a result affording operators the ability to recoup that much needed time for staff to actually engage with players. As regards Jackpot BlackJack11, Alfredo Moreno said: “The response has been fantastic! As an ex-operator, I can really see why the game is doing so well. It really is just so easy and fast to learn and play. We currently have 7 tables installed across some of the Miravalle Group’s casinos, a number which we expect to increase significantly across the rest of the Group soon, adding to what already is a list of in excess of 50 new BlackJack11’s tables requests across a number of Mexican operators’ casinos.

De Munck also confirmed its presence at an international panel on Thursday 17 October at 12:30 under the topic: 'Implementing Cashless and Cardless Systems': “Our integrated RFID and NFC card loyalty and management system technology remains one of our success stories. I hope to be able to share some valuable insights in to what to look out for, and how to implement cashless and cardless technology effectively and efficiently. The fact that I'll be joined by operators who are already reaping these technology benefits will without a doubt provide for some unbiased, insightful and valuable learnings for attendees.”

The drGate was an extremely popular showpiece at ICE in London, and it will be on display again in Las Vegas. Outside of its primary access control function, it provides operators with a further engagement opportunity; another means to 'surprise and delight' their players - either as they enter, or as they exit the casino, with individually tailored, or group-based, special offers, advertising, bonus games or rewards.
