Gaming Laboratories International announced Thursday key promotions and appointments at its Sydney laboratory.

In his new role as Technical Manager, Daniel Pennisi will provide overall management and leadership of the Sydney lab’s technical team; including supervising staff and developing operational processes and procedures to enhance overall efficiency.
The new Service Delivery Representative Tony Blayney’s responsibilities include building and maintaining business relationships with assigned clients; ensuring that they receive the utmost in professional, courteous, and timely support and service. This includes all sales activities from lead generation through contract signing, and post-service follow-up to achieve customer-satisfaction and revenue-generation goals and objectives.
As Technical Specialist, McDougall will be utilizing his 20+ years of experience in the gaming industry to provide expert-level analysis of gaming systems and machines. From 1997 through 2013, McDougall held various key roles at GLI Australia, including Group Engineering Manager, Operations Manager and Technical Manager. His responsibilities included all testing completed within the Australian region and supervising a staff of more than 30 full-time engineers.
