Blueprint Gaming acquires games developer Games Warehouse

At the beginning of January, multi-platform developer Blueprint Gaming took over British game design studio Games Warehouse. In buying into Games Warehouse, Blueprint Gaming and its internationally operating parent, Gauselmann Group, are investing in the expansion of their business activities in the UK as well as in the development capabilities of the group as a whole. The Gauselmann Group attaches particularly high importance to research and development. Worldwide, the group has 16 game design teams dedicated to creating new games content.

Blueprint Gaming is a forefront multi-platform provider for digital games and develops content for high-street markets as well as the online and mobile segments. With the takeover of Games Warehouse, the Gauselmann subsidiary is broadening its portfolio.
