New non-stop LATAM flight between Las Vegas and Sao Paulo

The first scheduled nonstop LATAM flight to Las Vegas from Brazil will take place next year.

Clark County Aviation Director Rosemary Vassiliadis says Brazil has long been among the destination's "most sought-after markets."

In an announcement on December 18th, McCarran International Airport officialized that LATAM Airlines Brazil will start a new seasonal summer service between Las Vegas and Guarulhos Airport in Sao Paulo. The first scheduled nonstop flight to Las Vegas from Brazil will take place next year.

The flights to Las Vegas will operate Monday, Thursday and Saturday, and returning flights to Sao Paulo will depart Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. Addtionally, the new service will start June 21 and end Aug. 30.

"Brazil has long been among the destination's most sought-after markets," says Clark County Aviation Director Rosemary Vassiliadis. "McCarran has recently increased capacity for international arrivals and is working to expand amenities, including duty-free retail and a first-class airport lounge.

Currently, the airport welcomes more than 200 nonstop international flights every week.
