The Spanish company will operate eight casinos and racetrack Presidente Remón
Panama's Gaming Control Board (JCJ) awarded both concessions which date back to 1997 when the companies Thunderbird Resorts y Equus Entertainment, respectively, had been granted such concessions.
The number of casinos controlled by Codere totals 11. To win both concessions, the group disbursed USD 9.5 M.
This transaction has been disclosed in the corporate report for analysts and investors posted on the company's website.
