William Hill designates new head of Responsibility Committee
William Hill said current chair Ashley Highfield will be stepping down from the board of governance on November 16.

William Hill PLC has confirmed the appointment of Mark Broker as the new chair of the Corporate Responsibility Committee, expected to take the position next month.
Mark Brooker served as Chief Executive and Executive Director of Betfair, prior to becoming a corporate Non-Executive advisor for William Hill. He later became their Non-Executive Director.
