The deal extends IGT's rights to represent the Caesars, Harrah’s, Paris, Las Vegas, Rio, Flamingo and Horseshoe brands in the lottery industry within the United States, Canada, and Europe.

The Caesars Entertainment brands present a tremendous opportunity to offer lottery players experiences via second chance promotions. With operations in 13 U.S. states, Caesars Entertainment branded games offer lotteries the chance to deliver experiential prizes locally or on a grander scale in well-known resort cities including Las Vegas and Atlantic City.
