The news was announced by Caesars Entertainment Director of Specialty Games, Frank Kunovic, but no details have been disclosed yet.

A special report published by Legal Sports Report, said the new platform will have a similar functionality to other sports betting apps offered by casino operators in Las Vegas.

Bettors must be physically within Nevada's borders in order to place a wager, they must be at least 21 years old and betting minimums will be as low as $1.

According to Caesars' executive, the mobile app will undergo a soft launch potentially by Sept. 5, but a complete rollout will be done during Q4 2017.

Partnership

To develop the new app, Caesars has signed a deal with Miomni - an international company specializing in casino, race and sports betting technology.

The firm formed its first Nevada partnership with the Atlantis Casino a couple of years ago and last year it built the first parimutuel platform for Boyd Gaming.
