The Mansion Group and Genesis Global Limited are the latest firms to join the exodus.
The companies have halted all sign-ups and terminated operations in the country.
The popular online casino Videoslots has stopped accepting new Australian player sign-ups, perhaps indicating an intention to leave the market.
Gambling firms who have exited the market include PokerStars, 32Red, PartyPoker, 888Poker and Vera&John.
