According to an official statement, the transaction is aimed at strengthening the comapany's online competences.
Capecod is one of the most innovative software developers and pioneer in the Italian online gaming sector. The company was acquired by Novomatic Group through its subsidiary Novomatic Italia.
Novomatic has been present in Italy since 2007, although in 2014 it officially started its activity as Novomatic Italia.
Capecod is a technology company that started developing videogames software eleven years ago and has been positioned since the beginning of the regulated market in one of the referents of the online gaming sector (slots, poker and casino).
