According to a company filing, Tsui Che Yin has been re-designated as a non-executive director -with effect from July- for a term of three years.
In his place, the company has appointed Clarence Chung Yuk Man, who is an existing director of the company.
Earlier this week, the company announced that Dennis Tam Chi Wai would take the place of Mr. Tsui with effect from July 1, 2017 - it clarified on Tuesday that “Mr. Tam remains to act as an alternate authorized representative to Mr. Leung Hoi Wai, Vincent, an existing authorized representative of the company.”
