The unanimous approval by the Indiana Gaming Commission would allow the websites to operate in the state, meanwhile 13 other operators would have until the end of this week to block services.
The commission would not seek charges against Hoosiers who play at any of the sites, leaving decisions to seek gambling charges with local prosecutors, officials said.
““Participants must be at least 18 and games based on college or high school sports are prohibited.

At the moment a proposed merger between DraftKings and FanDuel, the two largest daily fantasy sports sites, is being challenged by the Federal Trade Commission.
"We would each be operating as independent contractors...," explained Cory Fox, counsel for policy and governmental affairs for FanDuel. "If at some later date there's a possibility of a merger, we definitely would be in touch and discuss it with you at that point."
