The details include the architectural proposal and the financial viability studies presented by Hard Rock.
The President of the Generalitat (the Catalan regulator), Carles Puigdemont, believes that Hard Rock "is a great partner, a great brand, surely one of the best operators to make the project come true".

This amount is additional to the EUR 2.5M that the operator already gave to the Institut Català del Sòl to have access to the land.
