According to figures reported by Michigan's Gaming Control Board, the state three casinos paid USD 9.7M in gaming taxes compared with USD 9.6M for the same period last year.

According to figures reported by Michigan's Gaming Control Board, the state three casinos paid USD 9.7M in gaming taxes compared with USD 9.6M for the same period last year.

Greektown Casino-Hotel's revenue rose 4.1 percent from the same time last year to USD 28.8M, and MotorCity Casino Hotel's revenue rose 4.2 percent to USD 40.7M.

MGM Grand Detroit's revenue dipped 2.7 percent to USD 50.5M.

MGM Grand took 42 percent of the month's market share, MotorCity had 34 percent and Greektown had 24 percent.
