What can you tell us about the products and services that you're planning to unleash at Juegos Miami? Why is this trade show a good fit for Win Systems?
We will be looking to catch-up with existing partners in the region as well as hosting constructive meetings with potential new customers over the three days.
We will be showcasing our innovative gaming machine range, specifically our S2 Plus and S3 cabinets. These have been developed with premium design in-mind, and come with highly-immersive graphics and great sound quality.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to discuss our leading casino management systems and marketing tools. Currently operative across various jurisdictions in the Americas and elsewhere, our systems, including WIGOS and Intellia, process vast amounts of key casino floor data to ensure management decision making is as efficient as it can possibly be. In conjunction with our premium games machine range, this allows casino operators to improve bottom-lines and build on the user experience.
Delegates visiting our stand will have the opportunity to speak with senior personnel, who will be able to demonstrate how Win Systems’ casino solutions can benefit all operations.
What are operators most concerned about these days?
The feedback we receive from operators generally revolves around customer retention, as the casino industry becomes more homogenous with technological advancements levelling the playing field somewhat.
From a supplier viewpoint, we look to provide operators with the tools to improve the customer experience, whether it be through well designed gaming machines or bonusing and rewards for loyalty.
One means of doing this has been through the use of our Intellia tool, which streamlines the marketing process for casino operations, with innovative player tracking and machine performance data fed in real-time to management. Using this information, key decision makers can target specific, valuable players directly and efficiently with bespoke bonuses, to improve their experience and increase loyalty.
How do you feel Latin American gambling markets will evolve in terms of player trends and technology impacts?
The progress of Latin American gaming markets has been encouraging over the last few years and that success looks set to continue. Operators in the region have been proactive in embracing global developments in technology to ensure its customers have an incentive to play locally, rather than look elsewhere for better products.
I see many similarities in the LatAm market and the re-regulating European market. Both have been pro-active in legislating in favour of land-based casino operations over the last decade, as they see the benefits of tax revenues that come with effective regulation. This has brought a new generation of players into the market, who demand cutting-edge casino technology and playability which has not always been at the forefront of some casino’s table game offering.
It is important we incorporate new products into these operations to ensure all players are catered for, whether it be through immersive gaming machines, electronic roulette, or multi-channel technology and marketing systems.
Latin America looks to be on a steady course for now, and I am optimistic for its future, but it must carry on with fair, enforced regulation suitable to all parties. If this is not maintained, and casino players start to look into other accessible grey markets, then the industry could be severely affected for many years to come.
What does the future have in store for the sector?
It is an exciting time for the sector with various new jurisdictions opening up to the benefits of a thriving casino industry.
We have seen encouraging progress with regards to regulation across various Asian and LatAm markets, particularly the highly-lucrative Brazil, as well as significant developments and continued growth in various European markets. As this continues, it can only benefit the further growth of the global gambling sector, in turn, providing suppliers like us great opportunities to further our business growth.
Win Systems has always kept an eye on developments in any newly-regulated or re-regulating territories which we believe we can provide a service to. We will continue to do so as we develop our casino management systems and gaming machine range.
