Spain starts open-bid process for new casino

The information was announced by the Minister of Finance and Public Administration, María Jesús Montero. The authorities established a period of three months for the submission process.

According to reports, the minimum social capital of the interested parties will have to be 2,500,000 euros, "fully subscribed and paid, whose amount can not decrease below that figure during the existence of the company."

"Companies submitting their offers must be incorporated or incorporated under the legal form of public limited companies under Spanish law, bearing the Spanish nationality or that of a country belonging to the European Economic Area which has at least one permanent representative in Spain,"  said the official.
