Pending regulatory approval, McInally will serve in the important capacity of leading Gateway's compliance, internal audit and risk management function.

McInally is one of Canada's foremost subject matter experts in the areas of gaming compliance and risk. With over 20 years of risk management and compliance experience, McInally has been a senior executive specializing in regulatory environments and an external advisor to Boards and Executives. He previously served as Partner and National Gaming Practice Leader at Richter Advisory Group, the National Gaming Practice Leader for PwC and an executive at the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). McInally holds a Bachelor's Degree with Honours from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

McInally will report directly to Tony Santo and provide strategic advice to the Board on compliance and risk management matters.
