The 13 properties won a combined USD 211.3M from gamblers in March, up 4.3% from the USD 202.5M won from all the games in March 2016.

Horseshoe Casino Hammond led the way last month with USD 945,000 in poker room revenue, followed by Horseshoe Casino Southern Indiana (USD 326,000), Tropicana Evansville (USD 173,000), Majestic Star Casino (USD 141,000), Blue Chip Casino (USD 106,000), Hollywood Casino Indiana (USD 78,000) and Belterra Casino (USD 28,000).

Horseshoe Casino Hammond is located less than 20 miles from Chicago, a metro area home to some 9.5 million people.

That was more or less unchanged from the $1.86 million raked in March 2016, the state data shows. Indiana has 125 poker tables.
