The company has invested heavily in the gaming and casino business, particularly in USA and Canada over the past years

Clairvest and a group of foreign buyers will purchase only 85% of the Indian gambling website. Founder and CEO of Head Infotech -tha current owner of the Ace2Three-, Deepak Gullapalli, is likely to retain only 15% of the company

Clairvest is not the first firm to express interest in acquiring the Indian rummy site. Late last year, a group of Indian investors were looking to purchase the site but were put off by its price tag. Ace2Three has reported revenues of around USD 26,3 million for the year-ended March, 2016 and its owners had been in acquisition talks with at least a dozen Indian and International companies over the past couple of years.
