Additionally, JCM’s GEN2 U will help the property make even better connections with its customers. GEN2 U has a superior electro-mechanical design that guarantees high reliability and easy maintenance.

The GEN5 is the next generation of printer technology and features a faster processor, dual channel communications, Intelligent Ticket Handling technology and TITO and promotional couponing. Additionally, the GEN5 is FUZION technology-ready. Because Rivers Casino will have both iVIZION and GEN5, it will be able to take advantage of a wealth of new features with FUZION.

Accounting and reconciliation processes are aided by JCM’s award-winning ICB system, which eliminates multiple points of human error. ICB is field-proven to streamline drop processes and decrease drop collection time by electronically pairing cashbox and EGM. Additionally, the amount in cash box is automatically reported to database, adding more security to count room. Optional web reporting give detailed, customizable reports from across the casino floor.
