How would you describe this year's edition of ICE?
It has been a very exciting show for us as we launched our new company logo, which was very well received by our customers. The new logo perfectly portrays what we stand for. This revolutionary logo represents a new and modern technology-focused company. SUZOHAPP has advanced to become a leader in technology-driven cash management, self-service, and gaming devices.
What would you say were the highlights of the fair?
The highlight for our customers was to see how we have transformed our business to provide complete cash handling solutions alongside our renown components and spare parts business. Today SUZOHAPP can offer the market much more – this was greatly received by our customers. Our booth was constantly crowded, which says it all!

What product would you say was “the star” of the show? Which solutions generated the most interest at your booth?
It's a lot! Our cash complete solutions, SCAN COIN SC8220 banknote counter, Elo Touch and Vision Pro open frame monitors and LCD button decks, Picture Key Technology push buttons, our cash redemption terminal, Interactive Pro table, Video Toppers and the new Epic Edge TITO printer from Transact.
What were the industry's hot topics during the event?

How would you describe the current state of the gambling market?
The record number of visitors and exhibitors proves that the Gaming industry is more alive than ever before. New markets continuously open through legislation or standardization.
What is the brand's main focus for this year? What are your business strategies for 2017? Are you targeting new markets this year?
The main focus will be to keep on bringing innovations to the industry and make sure our customers keep seeing us as their strategic partner. Naturally we will focus on the value and message behind our new corporate identity. The advancement in cash management and self-service solutions has driven SUZOHAPP to become a key player in a whole variety of markets such as retail, banking, ticketing, parking and vending alongside the traditional markets in gaming and amusement.
